1.  What is the most effective way to communicate with FEECORP?

Telephone calls are answered by a person, not a machine. However, most questions require research and it is most effective to send an email to feecorp@feecorp.com. We respond the same day. The answer will be accurate and you have it in writing.

 

2. Do you have a Line Item or Purchase Order Minimum?

No line item or purchase order minimum for parts in stock.

 

3. How do you confirm my Purchase Orders?

We confirm receipt within 24 hours via fax and we advise you of shipment tracking number via UPS/FEDEX email. If you have a question about your PO status, please send email to feecorp@feecorp.com.

 

4. Do you provide Certificates of Conformance?

FEECORP certification is provided at no charge for all shipments. If your require information about additional certifications or traceability or charges, please send email to feecorp@feecorp.com.

 

5. How often do you update your website?

The website inventory is updated weekly.

 

6. What if I have a question about a part on your website or the website message is  'Contact us'?

Please send an email to feecorp@feecorp.com. We will answer quickly and you will have it in writing.

 

7. Do you accept verbal or website Purchase Orders?

No verbal orders and no orders through our website. Send PO’s on your company form via fax to
(805) 987-4399 or email to feecorp@feecorp.com.

 

8. How quickly can you ship items in stock?

Same day if order is received with completed forms.  See Ordering Instructions page. All shipments are insured unless prepaid by the customer.

 

9. What is your preferred freight carrier?

We have daily UPS pickup. Use of other carriers may delay your shipment.

 

10. How do I know if you have shipped my order?

Look for shipment notification on your email from UPS QUANTUM. If you have more questions please send an email to feecorp@feecorp.com

 

11. Payment Terms?

We accept only Visa or Mastercard. To avoid shipping delays fill out the Credit Card Authorization form found on our website and submit it with each PO. We do not store your Credit Card information. 

 

12. Do you mail invoices to our Accounting Department?

The Invoice, Packing List and Certificate of Conformance are included with shipment. We do not mail, fax or email invoices or account statements separately.

 

13. Does your website include Pricing?

Many parts are priced on the website and the price for a specific lot number is not changed.  All prices are FOB Camarillo. If you have questions about the price, please send an email to feecorp@feecorp.com
